What is a Plankowner?
In the Navy, when you are a part of the first crew of a ship or submarine, you are known as the Plankowner Crew. Since you have found me while I am just starting out my career as a writer, I think of you as my Plankowner Crew. In fact, I think of you, here with me at the first, as my Plankowner’s Gold Crew. When you join the Plankowner’s Club I will be sending you a Gold Crew membership number. I hope my career will be a lengthy one and with your Plankowner’s Club (Gold Crew) number, I will always be able to identify you as one who was here supporting me at the start.
